Persona 5 was released on 15th of September 2016 in Japan, with a worldiwde release on the 4th of April 2017. It was developed by P-Studio and published by Atlus and Deep Silver.
You can purchase Persona 5 from the PSN Store, and hopefully whatever nearby games store you have in your area.
