Thousand Sons ascendancy in 2022? Dataslate AoC Warpmeld - Warhammer 40k 9th edition
89Analysing and discussing the changes in 2022 and how it affects Thousand Sons.
Thousand Sons have not been hit by any negative datslate or point increases, and have gotten the almost armywide buff of the Armour of Contempt. AoC makes the backbone units of the TS (Rubrics and SOT) even more durable. Additionally with a prevalance of AoC enemies, the Mortal Wounds that the Thousand Sons excel at dishing out become even more important in the game.
Nachmund missions relying more on speed and actions also match quite well Thousand Sons list, and soon we will be able to add even Chaos Knights to spice things up.
All in all, I expect that Thousand Sons will be in an improving spot going forward with the 2022 Updates. What do you guys think?
