Three Nil- Slipknot drum cover #slipknot
R.I.P. to Joey Jordinson! This song absolutely showcases the raw aggressive techniques Joey was known for in his playing. I love this song and figured I would give my best shot at a drum cover despite the difficulty. So with that being said, this is my interpretation of it, and not an exact copy of all the nuances and things he played in the album version of the song. Also Subliminal Verses had a very interesting sound sonically that was tricky to try to replicate. I had to take some liberties with the EQ and mixing portions. In any case I look forward to any feedback and please feel free to like and comment, as it took some nerve to have a go at this monster of a track.
I have also included Amazon links for anyone interested in checking out the gear and equipment that I use for all my drum playthroughs.
