Thunder Manifestation: How To Defeat

Blink: Teleports to any point of the arena instantly.
Strike Probes: Flies into the air and releases several electro sigils around the arena. The sigils pulses intermittently, dealing Electro DMG around it.
Electric Surge: Creates a small AoE Electro explosion, activating the sigils.
Slicing Storm: Curls up and rotates its wings, quickly slicing forward..
Thunderous Roar: Flies into the air and roars, sending out Electro shockwaves in a huge AoE.
Walls of Lightning: Summons walls of lightning that encloses onto each other, trapping the player in-between.
Sundering Plumes: Forms five sets of electric feathers, and releases them against the player.
Dive Bomb: Flies and repositions itself near the border of the arena, then it dives forward in a straight line.
Torrential Descent: Flies up and calls forth several lightning bolts to descend upon the player. The bolts will strike in a circular area, and for every wave it will strike three times.
Oscillating Prison: Charges up and forms a square-shaped lightning prison around the player. Both the border and the inside of the ring will deal Damage Over Time. The ring also follows the target as they move.
Similarly to the Electro Hypostasis, the Thunder Manifestation is an entity of pure Electro energy and thus is immune to all Electro attacks. Since the Thunder Manifestation is an airborne character, having ranged Pyro and Cryo characters (e.g. Diona/Ganyu/Aloy, Amber/Yoimiya, Klee/Yanfei) can help attack it from a distance as well as trigger Overloaded and Superconduct.
It is best to avoid all attacks when possible as getting hit by one will autolock the Manifestation's target on the current player.
