8:36:31 Having returned from the kitchen I put approximately 15 grams of Vitamin C powder into my glass bottle, and about half as much bicarb
8:38:26 Returning to get my cup of coffe (empty) before going to the kitchen to make a cup of instant coffe.
8:52:26 Having returned from the kitchen I check the chat again and respond to some comments left by Oui, then proceed to take my grand, post wakeup dose of supplements
