A recreation of the classic TS Ion Storms, all done entirely in code (no map scripting!) with a flexible new system that can essentially work on any map. This new ion storm can change colour of the map lighting, has a full initialising phase / warning alerts like the classic ion storm and works independently of any map variations. This can essentially be dropped into maps and go.
There are some minor bugs that need to be worked on, but its mostly complete.
