Kenshiro is at it again y'all and this time is one of the best OG MUGEN characters out there and that would be Tigre Negro. Big thanks to TMC55 for sending me this character for me to do a demonstration video of. Unfortunately, he's no going to be on the Marvel VS Capcom MUGEN I'm working on. I thought about adding him in the game but I feel like he's not the right fit to the game and I don't want to waste my character slots. In the meantime, enjoy the character.
