Step 1. Open your tiktok application.
Step 2. Sign in to your account if necessary and from the home screen tap on the plus button inorder to create a new video.
Step 3. You can go ahead and record the video right now or upload any video from your gallery. There are two ways in tiktok inorder to add effect.
Step 4. You can add effects before recording your video and you can also add effect after you've done recording your video.
Step 5. After you're in your recording your video go ahead and tap on effect button and search for new effects from trending new interactive editing and lots of lots of other tabs as well.
Step 6. Go ahead and tap on any one you like and wait for download. Once it is done you've applied a filter on your recording screen.
Step 7. Now simply go ahead and record your video like you normally do. That is one way to add effect on your tiktok before recording your video.
