Time Crisis II running on Mame 0.165. This game has a lot of graphic and sound glitches as you can see in this video. On new mame versions (0.166 and upcoming) the renderer will be polynew so you will expect more graphic glitches until the developers start to change some code. Don't think this game will be playable soon on Mame.

You can play a bit portion of the first stage because the game has 2 critical points. The first is that if you are the character that stays on the roof the game will continue without enemies on the screen so you get stuck and cannot go further.
The second critical point is at final of part1 - Stage 1 when you have to fight some guys while the barrells rolls. The screen goes black and you cannot do nothing.

Other bug is that sometimes you get stuck when you're reloading and cannot shoot, then you will try to push TAB button and wait until you can shoot again
