0HARCORE SEASON 3 TARKOV 13.5 Ruleset
1. You must delete all starting items.
2. You can't buy any equipment other than cases, maps, and "special items" from traders.
3. You are allowed to barter for items with traders.
5. Roubles can be exchanged for Dollars and Euros with Traders.
6. You can't use the flea market or take out insurance on any items.
7. Only unidentified keys may be placed into the pouch container while in-raid. The pouch may be used to 'hold' any item temporarily while in raid but you can't move while doing this.
8. Only keys, cash, maps, and any containers that hold these items may be placed into the pouch container while in the stash and then taken into a raid.
9. No 'scav' raids allowed.
We don't talk about Rule 4.
