It's time to return to the Arkham-verse to finish the Batman's story. The Joker is dead and Gotham has seen a small period of relative peace. This is shattered however by the return of Scarecrow who threatens to use a bioweapon to contaminate the entirety of Gotham with his most potent fear toxin yet.

With the city evacuated, it's the playground of criminals like Penguin, Two-Face and The Riddler. Only Batman, his allies and the forces of Jim Gordon and the GCPD are thinnest of blue lines against the mayhem. Time is running out - and not just for Gotham City, but for the testicles of one goon in particular.
