I knew that place existed but I didn't know how to reach it,.. turns out you need to use a certain gesture right by the same spot you get the Dragonstone Torso thing that turns you into a dragon person.

But before that, I'm doing a quick questline that will get me a new hat, and then I will quickly get through a short area to get the Praise the Sun gesture.

.....I'm still determined to not level up my Vigor btw! I've leveled up my Faith to 40, and if I still have trouble, my Dex is currently at 20, so there's still that to lvl up.
