Don't let the name fool ya', there are plenty of huge guns in Tiny Guns, which is a free to play arcade shooter with an awesome, polished, 8-bit style.
As for monetization, the game shows you no forced ads, but does allow you to watch an ad to buy gold. You acquire gold through ordinary gameplay rather quickly, though. So I consider this a 100% free casual game. Great fun!
