Bullet Force is a FPS somewhat similar to CoD and Battlefield. As opposed to Critical Ops, which the other very popular multiplayer FPS on mobile, Bullet Force has more depth and is overall more developed.
The game is slightly pay2win, as you can buy the currency with which you unlock the weapons. So if you don't want to grind, you can pay, which will give you a slight advantage. Everything else runs smoothly, and the game has an offline mode vs. bots too.
