In Titan Souls there are no health bars. You die in a single hit, but so do the bosses. If you find their weak spot that is. Every boss has unique mechanics, unique designs and unique weak spots. Figuring out what that is and how to strike their hearts is the core mechanic of the game. Oh, did I mention you only have 1 arrow? That's right. But it's an indestructible arrow, so you can always pick it up again.
