Honestly, one of my favorite trends this gen is the free MP demo...er...beta test. Every developer wanting to avoid the next BF4 has given gamers free samples of $60 games that aren't worth $60.

Case in point: Titanfall 2, which makes 1 look like the masterpiece gaming sites hyped it up to be.
