I grew up playing TMNT 2: The Arcade game, and was bias towards that installment. At first I felt that TMNT 3: The Manhattan Project was too difficult, and just not as fun. After playing this game for a few days I think that I changed my mind and actually favor this game over the 2nd. You have a larger selection of moves in this game, and after I figured out how to use them to my advantage, then it only took me about 4-5 tries to get a (No Continues) run. Enjoy!
