The Icon Sting finally retires after a near 40 year career in March, so I'm going to take this opportunity to play a game that featured him in a prominent role: TNA: Cross The Line.

This Nintendo DS and Sony PSP title is based on a wrestling promotion thats never really threatened the status quo, but it is a decent company with a solid history of innovative, enthralling matches & became a factory line of incredible wrestlers like Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Xavier Woods and Bobby Roode.

The games were quite different, with Midway and DoubleTap studios taking the helms of each, but they're quite evenly paired when it comes to quality... but what sort of quality? Is it the quality of Sting in 1996 or 2013?
