What was supposed to be a series of Muppet video games ended up being just one, that being this: Jim Henson's Muppet Adventures Vol 1: Chaos At The Carnival.

It is very easy to see why it wasn't a particularly successful first attempt, especially on the Apple II, C64 and PC. The NES version fares better, but not by much.
