Replaced Korkey universal fill valve and it resolved my issue (was suggested on my reddit post).

This issue started occurring recently. Wanted to share this video in hopes of finding out the root cause and whether or not this would be something that I could repair myself or if it's recommended that I call a plumber. Looking forward to hearing your responses. Thanks for watching!
