Today I smoke Green Crack from Hollyweed907 and talk about pain.

This is a strong sativa strain that has a THC of 18.83% and a CBD of 0.08%. This batch was cultivated with love by Worner Brothers Horticulture

These buds smell sweet and earthy. They have a nice frost on them and when fired up, you'll get smooth hits. The smoke tastes earthy and tangy. I got buzzed from the second bowl. The third bowl gave me a very strong happy high I was not expecting so powerful. It helped my focus too.

I talk about pain today. I discuss acute and chronic pain. Acute pain is temporary pain that comes usually from some injury. I do explain that pain is not just physical but emotional too, like heart breaks. Acute pain doesn't last long and goes away after recovery. Chronic pain is when there is persistent pain for a few months that does not go away. Sometimes it may continue even when the injury is healed.

Medications help but they should only be used temporarily. When chronic pain continues and the injury is healed there maybe other underlying factors that keep that pain going. Something in the nervous system or possibly mentally. Our brain tells us about the pain. The diet and lifestyles we live also affect our bodies. There are many factors that could affect chronic pain. It is good to take a good look at all the things impacting you and see where changes can be made to reduce chronic pain.

I also quickly talk about how our pain thresholds change for some people. If you ever consider surgery, please get more then one option! Honestly the Post Toke Talk is so much better because I'm not rushing, check it out.

Do you have chronic pain? If so, how do you deal with it?
