1. Cars and not have a higher base hp over 215 (Meant for brand new cars in shop not tuned)
2.Must use a dice to determine what car will be driven at the end of each raceing night
3.All bosses teams and wanderers encountered must be beaten with these cars (No useing supra/skyline to beat difficult bosses etc)
