Briefing:
The NSA has provided us with the latest satellite feed of the Fen Bog area, where a Russian national HVT is seen exchanging with a Sentinel commander. This Russian has been under the eye of our intelligence agencies for some time, as well as our British counterparts, since he's headlining in a new top secret project in the development of a new form of photovoltaic weapons, or weapons which are solely capable on running with solar energy.

Little is known about this new project, but what we do know is frightening, as it would seem such weapons are almost entirely undetectable by any early warning means and can have some devastating effects on their targets. The CIA's informant deep in the heart of the Russian government was able to provide us with limited yet shocking footage of dummy ship targets and tanks being obliterated, as if they were built solely on paper.

Our tech boy were able to isolate Sentinel's access to this development at their Photovoltaic Part, but the system's security was impossible to access without setting off alarms, so you'll have to do it instead Ghosts.
