Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 |Xbox| Elite Difficulty 1440p Widescreen | Longplay Full Game Walkthrough
Full game longplay of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3, the Xbox console version, not to confuse with the PC, (almost) whole different game. Console version of Rainbow Six 3 was first released as a Xbox exclusive in October/November 2003. Here played on Elite Difficulty, on original Xbox hardware, recorded in 1440p60 via OBS. Game was hacked to run in a widescreen mode.

It's basically a re-upload in a better quality, and higher level of difficulty, but treat it as more of a showcase of the difficulty, not some PRO WALKTHROUGH, I got shit on MANY times, over and over. I found this game to be comically hard on Elite. Like, scripts spawning 15 enemies all around you, in an open area level of hard. Definitely can not recommend for a chill playthrough. And yeah, those spawns are bullshit. I wanted to check if it's possible to play the game "normally" on this difficulty without cheats, but fuck man, those mass spawns are just crazy. RNG needed, and I didn't have it in me back then. Not sure if I edited out all my tries on cheat or not, this recording is now almost 1,5 year old. :D
The gameplay in the console version of Rainbow Six 3 deviates from its PC counterpart in a number of important areas, notably the exclusion of a mission planning stage and the inability to control multiple characters. Instead, players take the role of Rainbow field commander Domingo Chavez and lead a single fireteam consisting of Eddie Price, Louis Loiselle, and Dieter Weber through each of the game's missions. Orders can be issued to the teammates using either an in-game menu or through voice-commands via the Xbox Live headset. This, however, suffered from slight misunderstandings between similar phrases such as "open frag and clear" and "open flash and clear", and vice versa. To compensate for the decreased control players have over their squad, the squad AI has been improved, with squadmates being able to automatically duck behind objects or assume covering positions within an area. Each teammate has their own unique voice as opposed to generic voices in the PC version.
In 2007, a Rainbow team commanded by Domingo Chavez responds to a series of terrorist attacks with the same demands: an end to Venezuelan oil exports to the United States. Though they initially target the oil industry and PDVSA, the attacks soon shift to target Venezuelan presidential candidate Juan Crespo. Meanwhile, suspicions mount that Saudi Arabia is responsible for the attacks, which Clark fears could escalate into a war.
