A short video showcasing how to change your character's look after the initial tutorial.

Basically, you need to have established the base of operations. Once you've done that, follow the path to The Terminal (basement area) and then head immediately right once you reach it. Walk up the stairs and enter the small room on your left. Walk up to the mirror and then hit the action button. You will now be able to change your character.

However, you will not be able to change either sex, face nor skin color.
