Probably not the best solutions out there.. but just in case you're looking for some alternatives :p
0:00 - Farming "enemy gadgets": Go to Summit, play normally on any difficulty (I was playing on Challenging with 2 directives), and hopefully you'll come across a " Capture SHD crate" objective soon enough. Once you do, clear all ads, and do not attempt to capture the SHD crate so that it keeps spawning "enemy gadgets" every few seconds.
1:12 - Farming "Tanks": Go to Grand Washington Hotel, make sure that it is Invaded. Play normally on any difficulty EXCEPT Heroic (I was playing on Hard), until you reach the checkpoint just before "Roadblock". Kill "Roadblock", wipe, respawn to reload last checkpoint, kill "Roadblock", wipe, respawn.. repeat until you're done with the objective or sick of farming. Note that the Invaded missions reset every Tuesday!
2:39 - Farming "Rikers": I wouldn't consider this farming, but this is one of the easier and faster objectives you could complete for Journey Mission 7. Go to Wall Street, play normally on any difficulty (I was playing on Hard). Be patient and make sure that you kill ads within mid-range (yellow marker on your reticle). You can either choose to complete the entire mission which should give you around 100 kills, or farm the first area which should give you around 10 kills.
