Tried a few methods but this worked best for me:
1. Put on any skill build with a restorer hive and oxidiser.
2. Keep oxidising the sniper while staying within your restorer hive. Don't bother avoiding the mortars cos you'd want to get hit/burnt in order to be under a status effect.
3. Rinse and repeat.
