Level notes:
As indicated, there is unavoidable damage in this level, making it the third level so far where Lara has taken damage. Unfortunately it is a big chunk of damage this time. A huge fall right before shooting the Scion, and a few darts in the back while scaling a wall later on. Still no health packs used though.
The Scion counts as a kill. You can even see the blood coming out of it when you shoot it.
