I've cut out a lot of idle time, mostly when I leave it recording and forgot about it, so I hope it's not too disjointed.
See the video '01 Caves' description for info and logic behind what I'm doing in this run.
All editing stats refer to Filmora 12:

Level notes:
Got the 'unreachable' health pack. Used the corner bug, as you can see. Thus, I did get 'all items'. Note the final stats quantity.
Damage taken: for the second time now, we are forced to take one pixel of damage, dropping for a secret.
Another level with far too many apes for my liking. Unfortunately a vast majority of the main forums are all flat and connected, meaning any animal spawns have free range to go anywhere and chase Lara down, with very few raised blocks to offer safe haven.
So the room with the switches had to be cleared early on. If you don't, the apes will interfere with pulling the block to cause the cave-in, and likely make lining up for the flames jumps nearly impossible. I did manage the cave-in with one still alive though. You could potentially try the one-pop scare method, but trying to keep them all alive might be too much for the game to handle once the rest spawn in later. And they only have so much health (pop scares for flames gauntlet, spikes room, and cave-in, as well as trying to get the gold in the slots at the end ... that's a lot of popping).
Room for improvement: the water rats in the flames jumps gauntlet room. I shouldn't have bothered killing these as they are easy to avoid.
Texture glitches and fps drops become more likely later on as I leave a large number of apes alive once again. Popping a round or two here and there makes them run for the hills though, as long as they realise they can't reach Lara.
