"Tomb Raider 2" Walkthrough Part 9 (Level 3 Bartoil's Hideout-Part 2 of 3) (Read Description)
0Welcome to the second part of the third level of "Tomb Raider 2" walkthrough, here is more of "Bartoil's Hideout", in this video is jumping across the flames (similar to "Palace Midas" and "the Great Pyramid" level from "Tomb Raider 1" and "Midas's Palace" level "Tomb Raider Anniversary"), climbing up chandeliers, climbing up bookshelves in the library, shooting up more thugs (Snipers, Guys with bats and Night sticks) shooting more Doberman Dogs, also finding the Second Secret (Gold Dragon), "First Secret" found in previous video, third secret found in next video.
In this video:
0:01 Jump across the platforms to the other side (be careful not to catch yourself on fire)
0:15 Enter next room, shoot two Doberman Dogs and shoot Sniper (Sniper doesn't drop anything).
0:40 Climb up the first two Chandeliers to the top, turn right, run and jump on platform and pull switch (to open door behind you (Painting picture frame door).
1:12 Climb up the very top (of the Chandeliers you're climb up onto) to the very top (be careful not too fall down and kill yourself while on platforms at the very top in the room you're in).
1:35 Shoot the rats (on platform you're on)
1:48 Jump and grab ledge, shimmy along ledge, run and jump onto the next platform ahead
2:16 Shoot guy with Nightstick (Pick up Small Health Pack), pull switch and re-adjust the chandeliers
2:41 Run and jump back down on the chandeliers, go to the door (the painting) and pick up the Library Key
3:16 Run and jump back onto the chandeliers, run and jump to the platform on the right side
3:35 Pull switch to open trap door and shoot window (Be careful not to fall into the water below).
3:58 Fall down into the water below behind you (not outside inside)
4:08 Pull switch to open door on the left side
4:32 Pick up Grenade Launcher Ammo and The Second Secret (Gold Dragon)
5:00 Backtrack and swim up to the surface to catch your breath (Don't take too long underwater in order to prevent yourself from drowning).
5:19 Backtrack and pull switch to open trap door (which takes you back to the room where you run and jump across the platforms with the fire flames (if you watch at the beginning of this video).
5:53 Backtrack and pop the Library Key into the lock to open the Library Door
6:31 Enter inside the Library and Shoot Guy with Nightstick (Pick up Small Health Pack)
6:44 Pull switch on right side to open double doors (Shoot two Snipers-Pick up Shotgun Ammo and Uzis clips).
7:28 Backtrack and head into the library, climb up the library bookshelves (Shoot the rats and pull switch (to open other door)
8:07 Backtrack and shoot the next Sniper (Sniper doesn't drop anything).
8:27 Climb up more library bookshelves, shoot the next window
9:11 Slide down the slope, jump and land on platform below, turn around, run and jump and land on platform behind you, turn right, run and jump on next platform
9:31 Turn left, run and jump onto the roof (you'll never know how many times you will not make the landing of the ledge that you're trying to grab).
(I recommend saving your game).
9:53 Place to find Uzis gun (failed attempt, but problem solved in next part-End of video afterwards)
