Use My Tomb Raider Standalone version (Email) in Teknopattot set resolution to 1080p using TombRaider_Operator.exe.
Teknoparrot is shit at scaling so anything over 1080p sends the hit marker miles away from the crosshair fine for single player with my standalone.
