To run in windowed mode press alt+enter

To set resolution add to steam or gog shortcut (1440p example):
-width 2560 -height 1440

To change outfit (example):
Browse to (game/install folder) "Tomb Raider I-III Remastered\1\ITEM"
Find "OUTFIT_TR1_CLASSIC.TRM"
Make a copy of the outfit file you want to be the default instead
Delete "OUTFIT_TR1_CLASSIC.TRM" or rename it to "OUTFIT_TR1_CLASSIC.BAK"
Now rename the copied outfit to "OUTFIT_TR1_CLASSIC.TRM"

And you should be done. A good idea is to backup all the outfit files so if anything goes wrong you can just restore the default files.
