TOMB RAIDER VR on Quest 3 is a CRAZY NEW VR MOD // First Person & Motion Controls!
805This is one of the craziest VR mods I've ever played, I never thought a first person VR Tomb Raider with MOTION CONTROLS would work due to the clunky control scheme of the original games, but Dr Beef have proven me wrong and given us another incredible VR mod for standalone headsets! This is Tomb Raider VR for the Quest, it's the entire original Lara Croft adventure playable in first person with full motion controls and the blocky retro visuals all rendered in gorgeous 3D, it's honestly a sight you have to see to believe! Tomb Raider in VR actually ends up feeling more like a straight up action FPS rather than the slow paced platforming of the flat screen version but you still have to pull off intricate jumps and solve puzzles to push your way through the adventure. This new VR mod is available right now in early access for those who subscribe to the Team Beef Patreon page, the mod will no doubt be released for free once it reaches it's 1.0 version, as this is typically who the Team Beef guys distribute their mods.
This Tomb Raider VR gameplay / Tomb Raider VR Quest 3 gameplay was captured natively on the Quest 3, to play this new VR mod you do need to own the original Tomb Raider OR the new Tomb Raider Remastered Trilogy as that also contains the files you'll need to set this up on your Quest headset! In my opinion this is another incredible VR mod that showcases exactly why Team Beef are the best in the standalone modding business...
