Tomcat Alley (Sega CD) Gameplay (Japanese version)
Yes, Tomcat Alley did see a Japanese release. Hell, other FMV games on Sega CD also saw release there (Night Trap, Double Switch, Prize Fighter, Fahrenheit -the SCD version only, though- and Surgical Strike from what I remember). And it was rather late in the system's life too. Sega of Japan really didn't believe in it, eh? (EDIT: Especially since most of the final Sega CD games in Japan were those mentioned above -except for Night Trap-, with the last one being Surgical Strike -the last first party game, at least)
Anyway, this is some footage of that version recorded by me on Kega Fusion 3.64, and I play through the first mission and some of the second one before my Revell scale model gets blown to bits (really; the credits even have a section that says "Scale models provided by Revell"), including the intro, the briefing FMV for the two missions and the credits, which I left in case there might be a recognizable voice actor on this version (apparently Night Trap had some, including Solid Snake's -yes, that Solid Snake- VA doing the voice of Simms). And I don't know why, but usually I don't suck that much at this one. Stupid lock-on system...
