Tone sphere ended development 4 years ago. On 2021, Starbirth was announced being a sequel to Tone Sphere. In anticipation of when we will get more news about the game I have recorded myself going through all song previews to look back at how much this game has grown and changed throughout 2012 to 2020.
So many songs that come from different times and people in one game. I always love to compare Tone Sphere and Cytus 1. Both started at the same year, heavily starred Sta(more so in Tone Sphere) and both have varied genres and artists. While the game is outdated because of its old engine and there are bugs that can ruin your experience with several levels I have circumvented these through improvising and achieved 6 stars on almost all levels except for Conway's Child expert and SuperSymmetry Spherical.
Plus I think we can cut some slack for Sta as he is the sole developer of the game with labels and artists providing music for him. It's also the reason why Starbirth is taking too long. A few tracks were confirmed for the game but we have yet to see any gameplay footage whatsoever. Of course, I can wait for this game as long as it comes out like Sta wants. The vision is whats important.
