Tony Cairoli MotoCross Champion competes with a Hyundai i20 WRC Rally Car! - Action + OnBoard
66The 9-time MotoCross world champion Tony Cairoli competed in the Hyundai i20 WRC MKI rally car. We are at the 2017 Bologna Motor Show during the Memorial Bettega trophy. Some rally sports champions but also from other motorsport disciplines have the pleasure of challenging each other, and the Motocross ace as we know never goes back. Several times Cairoli has proven to be extremely good, fast and competitive even on four wheels. We had the pleasure of filming him with a couple of action cameras inside the cockpit. We have to thank Tony for the kindness and availability towards us. A 1.6-litre turbocharged direct-injection engine powers the Hyundai i20 WRC. The power unit develops around 300hp (224 kW) at 6,000 rpm and 400Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. Equipped with a 6-speed sequential gearbox, it weighs 1,200 kg.

Il 9 volte campione del mondo di MotoCross Tony Cairoli ha gareggiato a bordo della Hyundai i20 WRC MKI rally car. Ci troviamo all'edizione 2017 del Motor Show di Bologna durante il trofeo Memorial Bettega. Alcuni campioni sportivi da rally ma anche di altre discipline motoristiche hanno il piacere di sfidarsi e l'asso del Motocross come sappiamo non si tira mai indietro. Più volte Cairoli ha dimostrato di essere estremamente valido, veloce e competitivo anche con le quattro ruote. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di filmarlo con un paio di action cam all'interno dell'abitacolo. Lo ringraziamo per la gentilezza e disponibilità nei nostri confronti. La Hyundai i20 WRC è mossa da un motore 4 cilindri 1.6 litri turbo ad iniezione diretta. Sviluppa circa 300cv (224 kW) a 6.000 giri/min e 400 Nm di coppia a 5.000 giri/min. Dotata di cambio sequenziale a 6 rapporti ha un peso di 1.200 Kg.
