As promised, here is episode 2 of the channel. I’ve put a lot of hours into it and I hope you all enjoy it. Hell, if it makes you laugh just a bit, then it was worth putting my whole life on hold to learn how to edit under constrained timing (I accept your Likes and Subscriptions to this channel and hit the bell too please).
I have amassed my ten most played games this year and included an honourable mention. Also, the Disappointment of the Year Award! It takes a lot for me to dislike a game so if you participated in it’s fruition, be flattered.
I have also added links to possibly the cheapest places you can grab a physical copy of these games. Mainly if you live in the UK (my American and European friends, apologies in advance for not including your possible discounts but I’m a one man army). All at the time of writing and the eShop tends to do discounts every now and again. I gain no financial support from any of the parties mentioned or retailers and furthermore, created this video for your edutainment.
I bang on about physical copies of games, when they are available because I think it’s important to preserve gaming for the future, as one day we may not be able to download these immersive adventures, just to be lost in time. Partially the reason why people are nostalgic towards old consoles is because they’re old, they work and are tangible. It would also be great for developers to bear in mind this reality and physically print games...that’s a rant for another video though, so moving on.
If you love gaming on any platform and it’s helped you to cope with this mad world we live in, (I’m looking at you Mike, stop talking to your animal neighbours for one second and watch this) if you have lost a little or a lot this year, this video is for you. I hope that 2021 is better than the game I nominated for the Disappointment of the Year Award. Seriously now. I hope you find your feet and things get better for all of us. Who knows? We might finally get Metroid Prime 4!
