My original Top Otome Games in English video featured 3 actual otome games, so it was time for an update! (I know it's 2021 already, but the games in this video are only from 2020 or earler.)

If you were curious as to how I scored the games to make this list, I based my list off the following categories:

Story
Story/Romance Balance
Love Interests
Gameplay

There are a lot more digital only otome games coming out that I don't follow as closely as the physical releases, so I may have missed some good ones on that front. But hey, I can always make another update in a few years!
