Misteryous games that you can barely find any information(The War of Genesis), old classics that had shaken the world, remakes of games that should have more popularity back in the day and the continuation of long-running series, all of those games are on this video.
Indie developers, Triple A developers, doesn't matter the classification, those games transcend that, just like Chrono Cross and 13 Sentinels transcend time and space, what matters is the experiences that you have from playing those games, the happiness, the fun, the sadness, the truth.
Some games here were inspired by classics like Fire Emblem, Pokémon and Suikoden, oh man, I can already imagine myself playing those games for hours and hours, days and days, I had 658 hours on Pokémon Soul Silver, so you can tell that I'm a bit crazy for this type of game... anyway, just because some games were inspired by others doesn't mean that that's all that you can find on this video, Keylocker have a very unique combat system and Marvel's Midnight Sun have a mostly unique battle system too, yeah its like Xcom, sure, but it clearly have his uniqueness, and playing a "Xcom" game with Blade and Wolverine its just too cool, you can't really have a experience like that anywhere else(even Marvel Avengers Alliance was not on this level, and it was a amazing game, I miss this game so much).
Talking about Fire Emblem, there's a Fire Emblem on this list, it's not what you expect from the series, but it has his own place as an Action RPG. Talking about Action RPG we finally have Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and a new Gundam game, so cool. Not only that, but Shattered - Tale of the Forgotten King is an Action RPG too, with a bit of soulslike on it, cool visuals, interesting combat.
But one of my favorites games, here is Live-a-Live, this game is absurdly good and I can't believe that is not more popular than what it its right now, and now this game has the graphics "upgraded"(the old one is still really good) to what I like to call Octopath Traveler graphics level, I know, I know, theres no such thing as that, but I love this type of graphics way too much.
