So, at the beginning of January, I'm sure we all saw the Pokemon Direct put out by Nintendo detailing some big news for the future of Pokemon Sword and Shield, namely that there's going to be an Expansion Pass coming later this year, in the form of two planned DLC packs, The Isle of Armor and The Crown Tundra! Along with new story elements, new areas to explore, new Pokemon, new Galarian Forms of old Pokemon, new fashion items, and new hairstyles, we also have the impending return of roughly 200 species of Pokemon from previous Pokemon games to look forward to over the course of this Expansion Pass. Obviously, this raises a lot of questions as to what Pokemon (aside from those confirmed in the Direct) would be coming back and be made available via the free update that launches around the same time as the first DLC pack in June, so I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring and tell you about some of my old favorites! So, THESE are the Top 5 Pokemon that I want to see come back in the Expansion Pass for Pokemon Sword and Shield!
