Dead by Daylight is a horror game that takes inspiration from horror games and slasher horror film and brings it to an Indie game to show you the terror first hand!

Dead by Daylight is a game about Predator and Prey, the Hunter and the Hunted. Four people take control of the “survivors” who have to, you guessed it, SURVIVE! The other person in Dead by Daylight controls the “Killer”, can you guess what his job is?

A.I. can be predictable, People are not so much. Will you cooperate with your team, or are you a lone wolf? The “Killer” in Dead by daylight takes a first person view and retains the attributes of “power, speed, and awareness of the environment”. The Survivors in Dead by Daylight retains the attributes of “perception, awareness and agility” resulting in a third person view with a wider field of vision. Each killer can be different, but you may not know until it is too late. Dead by Daylight is about seeing human nature at their best, or at their worst...

Dead by Daylight has amazing terrifying visuals that will crawl in your skin, and an atmosphere that will not let you rest.

“Death Is Not an Escape. 

Dead by Daylight is an upcoming multiplayer (4vs1) horror game where one player takes on the role of the savage Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors, trying to escape the Killer and avoid being caught, tortured and killed. 

Survivors play in third-person and have the advantage of better situational awareness. The Killer plays in first-person and is more focused on their prey. 

The Survivors' goal in each encounter is to escape the Killing Ground without getting caught by the Killer - something that sounds easier than it is, especially when the environment changes every time you play. 

Dead by Daylight will be released on June 14th and is available for pre-order from April 22nd - both as a Standard Edition and a Deluxe Edition. A closed BETA will go live on May 31st. Access to the closed BETA can be obtained by pre-ordering the deluxe edition of the game.

• Real People, Real Fear - The procedural levels and real human reactions to pure horror makes each game session an unexpected scenario. You will never be able to tell how it’s going to turn out.
