The Frozen Dawn is the fourth and final DLC map for CoD WW2 Zombies. Here’s five things it did wrong.
#5: Exiting the spawn room on this map is a soul box instead of a point barrier. It’s not a great change and doesn’t add much to the map.
#4: Speaking of things that are nonsensical, Pack-a-Punch doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. There’s no indicators for the bricks in the wall you have to push, so unless you hug the walls trying to interact with everything it can be difficult to find, and also has seemingly no relationship with this map's equivalent of teleporters.
#3: The Corpse Eater, the new special enemy on this map, isn’t great. Enemies that either buff other zombies or themselves over time become the first and only target for the player to kill, which limits the player’s choices.
#2: This map ends the WW2 Zombies storyline, but it doesn’t have an ending. You kill the God King and the story stops without referencing the zombie invasion of Europe that’s still taking place.
#1: Outside of the wonder weapons, there isn’t much happening in this map. They’re the only requirement for the Easter Egg, and there’s not much to earn for normal games.
