This's a new Cydia tweak, called, 6Switcher, which allows you to change the limit of 4 icons to 6 icons per page in app switcher!!
Call Delete :

CameraLock :
One of the best feature introduced in iOS 5 was Camera Lock option, but as we all know not a lot of people are on iOS 5 right now. What CameraLock basically does is, it brings a camera button on your lockscreen just like iOS 5 . You can access camera without unlocking your screen.
