This is a wonderfully fun Arc Hunter PvP build that should not be affected by the changes that are coming inside of Lightfall! This build plays off of the Exotic Chest Armor for Hunters, The Dragons Shadow. This Exotic allows for some crazy Crucible plays with giving Guardians increase to handling on all weapons as well as reloading all your weapons from just a dodge!
