So on the simpler side, since this series was created by Akira Toriyama and he had very close involvement with it, they actually opted to use the Manga Color accurate colors in this series instead of the colors that the anime has used for certain characters. This is why Goku’s outfit looks like a slightly different color as well as Supreme Kai and Kibito, and you can expect this to become a pattern as the series continues on. Besides this we have the fact that there’s been a major retcon in this series, all thanks to Supreme Kai and Kibito saying that they used Buu to Unfuse, since Buu releases a gas that can end Potara fusion even if it’s meant to be permanent between kais like Zamasu explained in Super. Now this isn’t really the problem in and of itself, there can be multiple ways to end potara fusion and that doesn’t break the universe or anything, however it’s the fact that in Super goku and the others are surprised when they see these two de-fused which makes this whole situation odd, ontop of the elephant in the room which is the fact that they were very much still fused during Battle of Gods… so, for this to not suddenly be it’s own new dragon ball timeline separate from Super or GT, Shin and Kibito are going to have to fuse by the end of Daima… but for what?
