Tormentum: Dark Sorrow demo - The nameless one (The Gaming Ground)
2Today i had the great pleasure to play and record the demo of OhNoo Studios upcoming horror/adventure/puzzle game "Tormentum: Dark Sorrow".
What can i say. I freaking love it! And i have been waiting a long time for a adventure game like this. In fact, i haven't had this much fun since "Sanitarium" and "Dark Seed".
I just love the whole setting in Tormentum. Because it´s a ultra dark, ghoulish and evil game (i bet that Adrian Carmack would love Tormentum as well).
And the ingame graphics and design just blow me away. I should also point out that i really like the music in Tormentum. Because it makes the game look and feel even more evil.
I also feelt some Blood vibes while playing Tormentum (the whole "occult" and "hellish" thing). Anyhow, i´m going to back Tormentum
on indiegogo.
Because Tormentum really deserves to happen!

About Tormentum:
"The dreamlike atmosphere featured in the game was inspired by the works of a Polish painter,
Zdzislaw Beksinski, and a recently deceased Swiss painter, H.R.Giger, among others. The game's final
appearance was also greatly influenced by the worlds presented in such games as Demon's Souls and
Dark Seed. From this mixture we created a world full of darkness and depression.
Unfortunately, bigger problems seem to arise. The flying ship lands in a big castle and the main
hero is soon imprisoned in it. This is how this surreal story from the border of dream and reality begins..."
