This is a playthrough of Team Time Attack mode using Naru, Eiji and Eos in the PS1 game Toshinden Subaru / Battle Arena Toshinden 4. Read on below for more information...

This is a casual playthrough with the purpose of showing some of the character's other costumes, special weapons and other stages/backgrounds, as well as the music. This is because when playing in Story Mode (which I have done in my previous two videos), you'll only get to see one costume for each character and only a few stages/backgrounds, which makes these aspects of the game seem "limited" and "bland".

If you play in the other modes, assuming you have everything unlocked, you will get to see the full variety of costumes, stages, musics and the special weapons (Funny Weapons). This gives a far better impression of the game, and shows that there are some nice backdrops and BGMs in this, as well as some comedic moments.

Some interesting aspects shown in the video include:

---- Eiji has Sho's costume. Even the colours are identical.

---- Eiji uses a baseball bat with carry case as his Funny Weapon.

---- Eiji having a special home run victory animation as a result of using the baseball bat.

---- Eos using a golf club as her Funny Weapon.

---- Eos having a special "golf swing" victory animation as a result of her using the golf club.

---- You get to see Naru, Puella, Subaru, Zero, Rook, Eos and Fen's special costumes.

---- You get to see Bang Boo and Lancelot using their special weapons.

---- Bang Boo having a special "carry cases" victory animation as a result of him using the carry case weapons.

Here are the commands to unlock everything in the game:

==== UNLOCK ALL CHARACTERS =====

On entering the title/menu screen, input the following:

Right, Right, Left, Left, Right, Right, [R1], [R2]

If you've done it right, you'll see a confirmation message.

===== UNLOCK ALL DATA IN DATABASE =====

On entering the title/menu screen, input the following:

[R1], [R2], [L1], [L2], Left, Right, [Select], [Select]

If you've done it right, you'll see a confirmation message.

===== ALL MINI GAMES =====

On entering the title/menu screen, input the following:

Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Left, [L1], [L2]

If you've done it right, you'll see a confirmation message.

IMPORTANT 1: Remember that in order for the above commands to work, when you first enter the title/menu screen, the FIRST thing you do must be to input the commands. If you press any other direction beforehand, the commands won't work. So if you have screwed up, just enter the Options screen and then exit back out to try again.

IMPORTANT 2: You cannot enter all three commands in one session (one after each other). After you successfully enter one of them, I advise you to go into the Options screen and exit back out and then enter the second. Repeat for the third.

===== OTHER INFORMATION =====

---- In the Japanese version of the game, Rook's nunchuks are linked using plain rope. In the European version of the game, the plain rope was replaced with an electricity/beam inspired effect. You can see the plain rope of his Nunchakus in this video as it is the Japanese version of the game.

---- In the European version of the game, Eos and Bang Boo's pre-fight intros had some animations cut near the end of them. This results in the sudden "jump" of animation. It is unclear on why they did this, or it could have been accidental. You can see the full intact animation of them in this video as it is the Japanese version of the game.

---- The game is known as Toshinden Subaru in Japan.

---- The game was only officially released in Japan and Europe, meaning that there is no USA version of the game.
