This time, I am playing with cautions. I have tried to relate the reforms to the building and to figure out how to maximize income and food. On this clip of the game, I have failed to rally enough army to invade but in terms of quality, definitely better than before. Also, lasted longer than the first time playing. The fact that I did not hire many available candidates saved that much of income into the reserves. Hopefully, I get to march out and conquer some cities in future plays.
