Totally Killer puts the spotlight on the "Sweet Sixteen Killer," a slasher who killed 3 teens back in 1987 and then vanished. 35 years later, Jamie (Kiernan Shipka) brushes off her overprotective mom’s (Julie Bowen) warnings until she comes face to face with the killer herself. While running from the Sweet Sixteen Killer, Jamie gets an unexpected opportunity to stop them once and for all -- by time-traveling back to 1987 and teaming up with her teen mom (Olivia Holt) to stop the original murders from happening.
