Touhou 13: TD - Overdrive Spells
4Meh. They're all really just Lunatic+ versions of one of their spells. Doesn't stop some of them from increasing in difficulty tenfold though, or even more. (What the fuck, Futo...)
I'm playing as Youmu for these, difficulty will definitely vary depending on character.

0:08 - Cherry Blossom Sign "Cherry Blossom Blizzard Hell"
Harder for Youmu because her slashes aren't as useful, forcing you to go unfocused. Wait for Yuyuko's health bar to show up before you release your first slash, however.
Sutra-Chanting Yamabiko: Kyouko Kasodani
0:28 - Mountain Echo "Yamabiko's Specialty Echo Demonstration"
Really annoying. It ends in one wave for Youmu, but it can kill you just as fast, as it requires you to read 4 directions at once.
Loyal Corpse: Yoshika Miyako
0:50 - Poison Nail "Undead Murderer"
Also really annoying. Sometimes hanging on the side opposite to Yoshika helps a bit. Sometimes.

Normally the hardest Overdrive Spell for all other shots, but Youmu makes it 30 times more bearable. Shutting down Yoshika helps more than what you think.

1:39 - Vengeful Spirit "Iruka's Thunder"
It practically changes almost nothing compared to her Lunatic spell. Next- OHHH GOD

2:03 - Saint Girl "Sun Goddess's Sacrifice"
FUTO WHYYYYYY. The main problem is after the lanes disperse, then you're at the mercy of the talismans' RNG. If you go into the empty spot that was left by the lanes, you can avoid most of them, but 5 or so talismans can go straight there and kill you. Reminds me of Momo Tobikura's Ura spell from Mystical Power Plant. Now I see where ido got the idea from... Double KOs to this spell are kinda common, I have at least 5 of those. Ironic that this is the hardest for Youmu considering the certain crackship I have...
Shoutoku Taoist: Toyosatomimi no Miko
2:37 - "Divine Spirits' Macrocosm"
This spell is literally free.
Bake-danuki with Ten Transformations: Mamizou Futatsuiwa
3:01 - "Wild Carpet"
Focusing on the dogs is more useful since they're more numerous than the birds. Easy to get trapped though, and harder for Youmu in general IMO. Sitting at the bottom always felt safer, so non-Youmu shots have an easier time.
